PAYMENT INFO

Please note that all payments under 30 USD will be made Before I start work.Rest assured that you will be updated on the piece throughout!
At this point in time all commissions will be paid using Paypal and will be taken in USDAll prices are based on the general amount of time taken to complete the piece. This can range from anywhere between 30 minutes to 8+ hoursPlease do not ask for a commission if you cannot pay in any accepted payment method

FIXES AND CHANGES

You may request any fixes/changes whilst the art is still in progress, as long as those fixes/changes are relatively minor and after the initial sketchGenerally I don't do many fixes or changes that are requested after the piece is finished, however if it's minor or my own mistake I'll accept it.

PROCESS AND TIME

After the commission is accepted you will be added to the queueAs soon as the invoice has been sent and paid I'll start the piece!You may request Work-In-Progress photos at any point! This assures that the piece is on the right track and changes can be made before It's too late!The time between me accepting the commission and completing the piece can range from anywhere between 1 hour to 4 weeks depending on the queue or my own circumstances so please be patient!If you haven't received your piece after 4 weeks please contact me!

Please do not claim any of my own work as yours or someone else's!You may only repost my work if you commissioned it from me or it's your characterYou may use your commissioned piece in any way you wish when completedHOWEVER you may not use my Work in any relation to NFT's (Selling/ReSelling, etc)

OTHER TERMS OF SERVICE

Please note that I have every right to decline your commission before accepting it for whatever reasonYou may get a refund if the piece hasn't already been started, once it's started refunds are declinedIf the time comes where I need to cancel a commission after it's already been accepted and/or started I will send you a refund as that's on my partIf any of these Terms of Service have been breached or if I have been harassed I have the right to blacklist/block you or whoever is found to be doing so

CHARGEBACKS & RELIABILITY

Please note that chargebacks are an immediate black-list and legal action can be takenTo prevent this behaviour those who have a good reputation, proof of commissioning other artists and can be spoken for by others will be put on a white-list.Being on the white-list gives you priority in queueTo be put on the white-list you can send me contacts or documents with this information!
